Orders & payment
How do I check my order status?
You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships. Tracking links stay active until delivery. If an update looks wrong, contact support with your order number.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout for your market and currency. All payments are processed through Shopify's secured checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have not entered fulfillment can usually be adjusted; shipped orders follow the return process instead.
Shipping & delivery
Where do orders ship from, and where do you deliver?
All orders ship from South Korea. Available destinations are shown at checkout; if your country cannot be selected, we do not deliver there yet.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
Duties and taxes depend on your country's import rules. How they are handled for your destination is stated at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery windows depend on the destination and carrier and are shown at checkout. You can follow every shipment with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.
Returns & refunds
What is the return policy?
Return conditions, timelines, and exclusions are documented in the refund policy linked in the footer. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products may not be eligible in some markets.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve it with a replacement or refund according to the refund policy.

How do I know which product I need?
Rylix organizes products by functional moment: PREP, RECOVER, STABILIZE, BOOST, and MAINTAIN. Start from the moment your skin is in; each product page states its window, application, and limits.
Where can I find the full ingredient list?
Every product page documents its key ingredients and the complete INCI list. If you have a known sensitivity, review the INCI list before use and patch-test first.
Are the products suitable after professional treatments?
Rylix products are designed around procedure-adjacent skin moments. Always follow the specific guidance of your treatment provider; their instructions take precedence for your recovery.
