Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened, used, unsealed, or tampered skincare and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us at sales@rylixlab.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, including where to send your package. Where available, we may provide a return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees may not be refundable unless the return is
due to our error or required by law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately at sales@rylixlab.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for opened, used, unsealed, or tampered skincare and personal care products for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We also cannot accept returns for gift cards or items clearly marked as final sale, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to other exceptions allowed by applicable law.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
