Shipping Policy

Rylix Lab ships orders from South Korea to selected international destinations.

 

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

 

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be longer during launch periods, high-volume periods, product restocks, or public holidays.

 

If we are unable to process or ship your order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with an update and, where required by applicable law, provide available options including cancellation and refund.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

 

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates do not include order processing time, customs clearance, courier delays, weather disruptions, local holidays, or other events outside our control.

 

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

 

International orders may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges depending on the destination country or region.

 

Unless duties and import taxes are clearly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority before or upon delivery.

 

Rylix Lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import inspections, unpaid duties or taxes, incorrect shipping information, or restrictions applied by the destination country.

 

Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions

Customers are responsible for making sure products can be legally imported into their destination country.

 

Because Rylix Lab sells skincare and personal care products, some countries may apply additional import rules, product restrictions, quantity limits, or documentation requirements.

 

If a shipment is refused, returned, delayed, or abandoned because of unpaid duties, taxes, customs requirements, import restrictions, or customer refusal, any refund may exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, carrier fees, or other non-recoverable charges, except where prohibited by applicable law.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

 

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

 

Rylix Lab is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

 

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at sales@rylixlab.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your order is delayed or has not updated for an unusual period, contact us at sales@rylixlab.com with your order number.

 

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, reception desks, parcel lockers, and your local carrier first.

 

We will review missing-package cases with the carrier where possible, but final resolution may depend on the carrier investigation and applicable law.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at sales@rylixlab.com.

 

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue.
